Happy Monday everyone!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend.  I had a very relaxed weekend which was amazing.  On Friday we had dinner at a friend’s new house and met her gorgeous little kitten! On Saturday, I woke up at 4am to the sound of rain, picked up my book and read through until I had to drag myself out of bed for an appointment at 9.  Once I came back home I pretty much read for the rest of the day until we headed out to collect a takeaway curry for dinner.  For those wondering, I’m busy reading “Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine”.  It’s quite a gripping story.  On Sunday morning I made Jessica Sepel’s Bliss Balls which you’ve probably already seen on my Instagram Stories and later we headed out for lunch with Ryan’s family which is always lovely.  This weekend we also started watching “The Handmaid’s Tale” which is pretty creepy.  Has anyone else watched the series or read the book?  What did you think?

This weekend was pretty chilly and rainy which is why I kept indoors for the bulk of the time.  I did, however, throw on this fluffy sweater for a head-to-toe millennial pink ensemble which I quite liked.  I can’t get enough of this colour.  I’ve been obsessed with blush pink since I turned 20 so I think it’s safe to say that it’s more than just a trend.  Have a wonderful week everyone!  I’m so glad it’s going to be a short one thanks to the public holiday on Wednesday.  Easter is also right around the corner!
