
Hi everyone! Over the weekend, I shared on my Instagram that I made vegan cranberry and dark chocolate crunchies and so many of you asked for the recipe so here it is! They are such healthy sweet treats that they’re great to have in the kitchen for that 4pm sweet craving. I hope you enjoy these vegan cranberry and dark chocolate crunchies as much as I do. Ingredients:
2.5 cups of oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia mixed with 3 tbsp water)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
12 cup cranberries
1/4 almonds (I like to crush mine up a bit)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll out biscuit-sized portions.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
