Hi everyone! I wore this look to a birthday party over the weekend. I couldn’t help but feel like I was channeling Khloe Kardashian with this look. She loves wearing her hair in a half pony, big hoop earrings, crop tops and high waisted pants and I absolutely love her style. While I’m more of a feminine dresser and I’m really not edgy at all, I decided to be a little more daring than usual and I loved the result. For me, this is as edgy as I’m ever going to be and I’m 100% okay with that.
Some people are quite afraid of the crop top revival. The best way to incorporate this trend into your style is by managing how much skin you’re revealing. I would recommend pairing a crop top with any high waisted pencil skirt for a gorgeous date night look, cut off shorts for a music festival or jeans for a casual day with friends. This way you are never exposing to much skin and you’re creating a very stylish silhouette. If you go for a crop top and low rise jeans chances are you are going to feel uncomfortable and over exposed.
