We have made it to Friday! The past few weeks feel as though they have slipped through my fingers. Time is going so quickly! I can’t believe how we’re racing towards Christmas which makes me very nervous but also very excited. I’m so looking forward to it! This time of year a whole lot of year-end functions start happening. Perhaps you’ve already added a few to your diary. To help you find the perfect outfit for these occasions I’m going to start a series specifically for this purpose. Today I’ll be highlighting a local brand called Shop Brett Robson.
For today’s look I’ve gone for an all-black outfit with two incredible pieces designed by local babe and total girl boss, Brett Robson. Her pieces are all so beautiful and so affordable which is why you should definitely head on over to Shop Brett Robson to scoop up a few things from her online store right now. Remember this dress? It’s still available on her online store so I would hurry and add that to my cart before it’s sold out.
This gorgeous ripped bardot crop top and pencil skirt from Shop Brett Robson are two key pieces that I think are great items to have in your wardrobe around this time of year because, not only do they look gorgeous paired together, but they are pieces that you can mix and match with others quite easily. This crop top looks great with high waisted jeans for a cute casual look. This pencil skirt can also be worn with a starched shirt in a corporate boardroom. If you have been reading my blog for a while now you will know that I’m all about versatility when it comes to buying new clothes and these two pieces definitely tick that box.
Do you have any exciting weekend plans? I’m completely hooked on the show Outlander. Does anyone else watch it? I happened to stumble across it while looking for something to watch on my iPad while at the hair dresser last week and I started watching from episode 2 of season two and even though I didn’t know the story line, the costumes, landscapes and good old Paris sucked me in. I’ve now started watching from season 1. I’m about to download the books too. This weekend I’ll probably get lost in that and I’m so excited about it!
