I hope you all had such a wonderful Easter break.  I had the most magical long weekend.  We stayed at home for Easter this year but we spent so much time with our family which was absolutely lovely.  If you have been following my Instagram Stories you will have seen that we headed out on Thursday evening with my sister and my friend, Jenna, for a fun night out.  We had such a fun night sipping on cocktails and laughing the whole night long.  On Friday we spent most the day in bed watching movies and then went to watch Beauty and the Beast with my family.  It’s always been my favourite Disney movie so I was thrilled to see it brought to life so accurately.  I thought they did such an incredible job.  I couldn’t help but sing along to every song throughout the movie.  Have you watched it yet?  If not, I’d seriously recommend it!

On Easter Sunday we had both Ryan and my family over and we cooked a three-course meal.  My sister and I always pull out all the stops at Easter and Christmas and this past weekend was nothing different.  It was the first time we’ve had Easter with Ryan’s family and they were expecting a braai (BBQ) but we pleasantly surprised them.  Yesterday we climbed into all our chocolate gifts.  Dark chocolate is my favourite so I’ve been munching away on the nicest dark chocolate slab.  Who else likes dark chocolate?  This week I’m going to need to head back to the gym and work off all the food I’ve consumed over the weekend!  If you’d like to see my gym routine, I posted a fitness vlog over on my channel last night which you can watch here.
