By now I’m sure you’re well aware that my absolute favourite fragrance is Alien by Mugler (last mentioned in this post).  The Mugler fragrances are all so unique but so incredibly powerful and evoke such vivid memories in my mind.  They’re dramatic, enchanting and enticing.  They truly are quite spectacular.  While my sister is definitely an Angel kind of girl, Alien is the fragrance I choose to give a fourth dimension to my character and I love to leave this trail of me behind in any area that I’ve been present in.  As I mentioned in this post, the Mugler fragrances are extremely long-lasting.  I often find that once my head hits the pillows in the evenings, wafts of the Alien EDP are still embracing me as I close my eyes which makes for a wonderful goodnight kiss.

I really enjoy extending my love for a fragrance into other products.  Often you will find limited edition body washes, lotions, hair mists, candles, etc. that are available for purchase in your favourite fragrance.  I love these because they can extend the life of your fragrance and make it enjoyable throughout every step of your beauty routine.  Starting your routine with a body wash in your chosen fragrance, followed by applying body cream in the same fragrance before applying your EPD itself means that you have three layers of the fragrance once you are complete.  This may seem a little OTT but it is a complete indulgence in the luxury that is the world of fragrance.  It’s unbelievably enjoyable too.

I recently started using the Mugler Alien Beautifying Body Cream and, my goodness, is it gorgeous.  The body lotion is a lot lighter which some may prefer, but I’m all for a rich, thick, creamy and extremely nourishing body cream.  The Mugler Alien Beautifying Body Cream is nothing short of delightful.  It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple and is so wonderfully fragrant too.  The Mugler Alien EDP bottle imitates a beautifully cut precious jewel and so too does the Mugler Alien Beautifying Body Cream, however, this time in a square cut.  The body cream would make a gorgeous accessory to any classy woman’s bedside table.  It’s too beautiful to be kept in a drawer.  It’s designed to attract attention just as much as the fragrance which it holds.  I have fallen madly in love with the Mugler Alien Beautifying Body Cream and it makes the perfect complimentary skin care treat to my beloved Mugler Alien EDP.
