As I mentioned in this post, I spent the past couple days in Cape Town with my girlfriends and we had the most incredible time.  We went to the V&A Waterfront for the Two Oceans Aquarium which we hadn’t visited since our high school Cape Tour so it was really fun to spend time wandering around their and learning about all sorts of sea life.  We found this cute penguin who was quite happy to pose for a photo before he went swimming in his wave pool.  So adorable!

Kalk Bay was the perfect place to stop along a roadtrip for coffee, fudge and browsing through a few cute antique stores.  We went to Hout Bay for lunch the day I arrived and if you’ve read this post you know how much I love Hout Bay so it was amazing to visit again.  We even went back to the Marina’s Wharf I raved about in my last post.  The Grand Beach Cafe has been on my list of things to do in Cape Town for ages now and it just hasn’t worked out in my last few trips down to the Mother City but this time I was in luck!  We spent the evening sipping on wine, eating great food and taking in the most gorgeous scenery including this gorgeous LOVE sign.

Every morning we would either go for a run or walk along the promenade at sunrise so I was obviously thrilled to catch the view on my camera to share it with you.  It was really breathtaking.  Straight after our morning workout we’d find a cute spot for breakfast and good coffee.  Bliss!
