1. Where do you live?

I live in sunny South Africa.

2. What made you start Arum Lilea?

I had been following a handful of blogs for a while after having been introduced to them by my sister, Jasmine. One morning a while after that I thought I might try my hand at this whole blogging thing too. Well, this is what I came up with!

3. What inspired the name “Arum Lilea”?

The arum lily or calla lily is my favourite flower. It was my mom’s favourite flower too so it’s quite precious to me. The name Arum Lilea was a way of combining our favourite flower with my name (my friends call me “Lea”).

4. Is it true that you have a law degree?

Yes, I actually have two. I did my LLB followed by an LLM which is a Master’s degree in International Law. I am also admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

5. How tall are you?

I’m 5’7.

6. Where is your favourite place to shop?

I love and .

7. Which of your travel destinations has captured your heart?

I have travelled to so many incredibly beautiful places but if I had to narrow it down I would have to say that (i) Prague, Czech Republic, (ii) Amalfi Coast, Italy and (iii) Munich, Germany are the top three on my list of places to travel back to.
