All customers qualify for free shipping within South Africa.
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 10 business days of receipt of payment subject at all times to stock availability. Should there be any further delays, you will be notified via email.
Your order will be delivered to the address provided at Check Out via third-party courier service. Your order will be delivered within 5 business days thereafter.
Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you should it be necessary to return a purchase. If you wish to return any item(s) that you have purchased, you may do so via courier service to our Return Address below within 14 days from the date of delivery. Arum Lilea shall not be responsible for the expense courier service charge for any returns. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Arum Lilea.
Returns may be exchanged for an alternative size, item or store credit. Items may only be exchanged for the value of the purchase price of the item being returned. If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. Please email your return or exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
Exchanged items will be shipped by Arum Lilea to the customer at Arum Lilea’s expense.
Returns Policy Conditions
We want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item, provide an exchange card or refund your original method of payment provided that:
- you return the item within 14 days from the tracked date of delivery;
- you produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item; and
- the item is in original saleable condition:
– with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached; and
– in an unworn, unopened and unused state.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change-of-mind items. We will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Items on sale may only be exchanged and not refunded.
