Hi everyone! Isn’t this citrus orchard looking so beautiful? Irina and I have been speaking about capturing pictures in a citrus orchard all year and we had so much fun doing just that. Do you know what your average screen time is per day? According to this article, the average person spends 3 hours and 43 minutes on their phone per day. That amount is staggering. Not only does this mean copious amounts of scrolling on social media and checking in on other people’s lives but it also means hours detracted from our own work, relationships, health and wellbeing. It’s time for a social media detox.
I hope you had a very special Easter weekend. I had such a busy but lovely one. On Friday we went hiking with Ryan’s parents. On Saturday we went spent more time with family. On Sunday we went to church and I cooked a roast lunch which we ate under the trees in the garden at my dad’s house. Spending time with family is the most important thing in the world to me so I cherish every moment I am able to.
