With Halloween right around the corner, I thought I’d plan ahead. This year I went for a mermaid/mythical aquatic creature. I had so much fun creating this look and it is really easy to do so I thought it would be a good idea to share how I did it. I hope you enjoy this Halloween makeup tutorial!
