I briefly introduced you to the gorgeous fragrance “I AM JUICY COUTURE” by Juicy Couture over in this post. Now that I have been able to wear and enjoy it over the past couple weeks I am now able to give you a full review on the fragrance as well as something a little extra towards the end of this post 😉
The “I AM JUICY COUTURE” fragrance is a bold, sweet fragrance that reminds me of honey and nectar. It is so alluring with its fruity notes of raspberry and passion fruit and is well blended with a seductive mixture of gardenia and warm woods. Just like the anti-declaration, “I am not subtle” that has been used in the marketing of this fragrance, too, is not subtle. The sweet scent is as strong as the woman who wears it. It is also very long lasting. If I apply it in the morning the scent still lingers in my hair until I am preparing for bed. As someone who tries many fragrances I most certainly appreciate a fragrance that isn’t going to wear off an hour after you have applied it.
If you enjoy sweet perfumes you will most likely fall in love with this fragrance. It will possibly become your new signature fragrance and you will love the trail of perfume that is left in the air behind you. It will become part of your identity and it will trigger the memory of you in other people’s minds.
I love the detailing on the bottle of “I AM JUICY COUTURE”. I am, as you know, a lover of all things gold. I always tend to lead towards picking out gold jewellery and for that exact reason I find the gold hardware detailing on the bottle of this fragrance eye-catching and appealing. True to the Juicy Couture brand there is, of course, a little bling on the detailing too.
I AM JUICY COUTURE is officially available in selected department stores as of September 2015 and will be sold at the suggested retail price of R1050 for 100ml and R725 for the 50ml bottle. Are you bold enough to try it? Are you Juicy Couture?
