A trend I’ve been slightly obsessed with of late is the off-the-shoulder ruffle dress.  I actually love the bardot style in any form.  You may remember the lace crop top version I wore in this post or the body-con dress I wore in this post.  I’ve also recently embraced the off-the-shoulder trend in a two piece in this post.   I think it’s such a lovely summery trend and really flatters any and all heights, shapes and sizes.  

I picked up this off-the-shoulder ruffle dress from Forever New last weekend and I absolutely love it.  It’s so light weight that it is really going to be great in the hottest days in summer.  I’ve linked similar versions above but I also love .  If you’re looking to incorporate the trend into something smarter for an end-of-year function, a wedding or engagement party, I’ve found and which I think are perfect for any special occasion.
